Course Tuition Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Upon written request to withdraw from the course refunds will be issued as follows:

30 Days before the start of class- 100 %

15 Days before the start of class- 50%

14 Days or less no refund will be given

There will be no refunds issued once you attend class, on books and/or course materials.

All refunds will be issued by check within 7 business days of written request

We offer Private Tutoring- Cram Prep. Three 2-hour sessions for $ 99.00 All three sessions must be scheduled in advance and based on availability. Classes may be in person or virtually.

Getting a real estate license in Connecticut is rather easy compared to other states. You only need a total of 60 classroom hours of commission-approved pre-licensing courses. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Register and complete the Connecticut Pre-Licensing exam, consisting of 110 scored multiple choice questions within 165 minutes. The national exam is 80 questions with a completion time of 2 hours and the state exam is 30 questions with a completion time of 45 minutes. You must earn a score of 70% to pass and obtain a Real Estate Salesperson license.
