60 Hour Course is required to satisfy the educational requirements needed to sit for the real estate licensing exam and to obtain your real estate license offered through the Department of Consumer Protection/ Real Estate Commission.

Upon Completion of this course the student will be familiar with following Principals & Practices of Real Estate along with the current Connecticut Real Estate Licensing Laws & Regulations. This course covers real estate law, fair housing, agency relationships, listing and sales, zoning, environmental issues, financing and more.
